QOL (qol.one) is operated by Aeocraft LLC, part of the QOL network. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of qol.one, your QOL ID, and the network of products reachable through it. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using qol.one or creating a QOL ID, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2Who We Are
qol.one is operated by Aeocraft LLC ("we," "us," "our"), part of the QOL network. QOL is a portfolio of independent software products and digital tools. "Operator of record" for these Terms is Aeocraft LLC.
3The QOL Network & Your QOL ID
A QOL ID is one login you can use across products in the QOL network. Each product (for example Sonivis, ThemeHub, Promptlrd, OVRLRD, RankUp) has its own product-specific terms, pricing, and refund policy, which apply in addition to these Terms when you use that product. Where a product's own terms conflict with these, the product's terms govern for that product.
4Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the service. By using it you confirm that you meet these requirements.
5Your Account
You are responsible for the activity under your QOL ID and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@qol.one if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
7Intellectual Property
The QOL name, logos, site design, and content are owned by Aeocraft LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Product-specific content and deliverables are governed by that product's terms. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.
8Third-Party Products & Links
The service links to and integrates independent products and third-party services (including payment processing via Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.
9Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing on qol.one is financial, legal, or professional advice.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeocraft LLC and its operators, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations; in those jurisdictions liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
11Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aeocraft LLC and its operators, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
