QOL (qol.one), operated by Aeocraft LLC (part of the QOL network), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on qol.one and through your QOL ID, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
1Scope
This policy covers qol.one and your QOL ID (the shared login across the network). Each product you reach through QOL (for example Sonivis, ThemeHub, Promptlrd, OVRLRD, RankUp) has its own privacy policy covering the data it collects when you use that product.
2Information We Collect
- Account data (QOL ID): your email address and authentication details when you create or use a QOL ID.
- Usage data: standard server access logs recorded by our host — IP address, an approximate region derived from it, device and browser type, referring site, and the pages you view — used to keep the service secure and to understand and improve it. We do not run a third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics tracker on qol.one.
- Device preferences: small values stored locally in your browser (local storage) to remember display choices, such as whether to show background media.
- Communications: the content of any message you send us (e.g. to support@qol.one).
We do not collect financial account numbers or card details on qol.one — payments happen on individual product sites and are processed by Stripe, which handles card data directly.
3How We Use Information
- To provide and secure your QOL ID and access to the network.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To send essential service communications (we do not sell your data).
4Cookies & Tracking
qol.one uses browser local storage to remember display preferences and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in with your QOL ID, essential cookies or tokens set by our authentication service (id.qol.one) keep you signed in and keep the service secure. You can control cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings; disabling essential sign-in cookies may prevent you from staying logged in.
5Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted providers to run the service, including Supabase (QOL ID authentication and database), Vercel (hosting and server access logs), Google Fonts (web-font delivery, which receives your IP address when fonts load), and Stripe (payment processing, used on individual product sites rather than on qol.one itself). Some pages may load optional embedded media from third-party providers only after you choose to enable it. Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service and under its own privacy terms.
6How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Products within the QOL network share your QOL ID identity so one login works across them.
7Data Retention
We keep account data for as long as your QOL ID is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer period is required by law.
8Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@qol.one and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9Data Location & Security
Data is stored and processed primarily in the United States. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact support@qol.one and we will delete it.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
